Constance Howard is a local Katy/Houston singer and songwriter who made her television debut on NBC’s The Voice Season 22. She is known for her whistle tones and powerful vocal ability. Her repertoire consists of a variety including R&B, pop, soul, country, and more.
Music Headliner: Swimwear Department
Swimwear Department will play from 4:00 pm to 5:00 pm. Swimwear Department is a dance-punk band from Houston, Texas. Known for its frenetic live shows, they bring the party energy of The B-52s, DEVO, and their Houston predecessors, The Judy’s. At shows, fans join in enthusiastic shout-alongs and improvised line dances.
