A few days ago, Sugar Land’s official AAPI Heritage Night took place at Constellation Field, home to the Sugar Land Space Cowboys. The celebration, held during Asian American and Pacific Islander (AAPI) Heritage Month in May, brought together residents and community organizations for an evening of cultural performances, themed concessions, special community jerseys, and family-friendly festivities that highlight the rich diversity of the region.

Among the local businesses invited by the City of Sugar Land to participate in the evening’s activities was Pho Ben for being a popular Vietnamese restaurant recognized for its authentic cuisine and longstanding presence in the community.
We were proud that Pho Ben’s participation helped showcase Vietnamese culture and culinary traditions as part of the broader celebration, allowing attendees to experience a taste of the vibrant Asian American and Pacific Islander heritage represented throughout the event.
